Whats your turn around time?
A project schedule and date of completion is clearly communicated at the begging of every project. We are proud of our record of maintaining the projected timeline and often times delivering ahead of schedule.
Will you match a competitors quote?
LBS Construction is more than happy to review a competitors quote. However, often there is a difference in project scope which needs to be communicated clearly to explain why prices differ. When the scope is identical, we are confident in our competitive nature to meet demand.
Are you a licensed contractor?
LBS Construction LLC is licensed in MD, DE, and VA. We are also a certified Woman Owned Company, Certified WBE State & Federal Contractor, and hold several municipal licenses where it is required to do work. We are a Residential, Commercial, and Government Construction Contracting Company.
